Mental health issues can manifest in physical symptoms and conversely physical wellbeing can have a significant impact on mental health. We can help you identify the triggers in your system and direct you to the right help, whether it’s stress in your life or unresolved trauma from your past. Providing tailored exercise programmes and body-based interventions such as relaxation, massage, breathing and body awareness exercises and mindful practices. These in turn deepen the body-mind connection, improve self-regulation, help manage stress and emotional difficulties.
